Scaffolding is heavy and bulky, so freight is not a rounding error on the landed cost — it frequently decides whether a project is viable. We quote on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP terms, so the buyer can choose how much of the logistics chain to own. The container is the unit that matters commercially: packaged scaffolding loads to roughly 15 tonnes in a 40HC container, which corresponds to about 600–750 m² depending on the system and the deck width. Because freight and clearance are charged per container, a set that fills 1.6 containers pays for two, and the loading plan is therefore calculated before the order is placed rather than after.

An audit is not a substitute for inspection, but it changes what inspection has to catch. A supplier with its own lines and its own testing can correct a deviation inside the production window; a supplier that sub-contracts the rolling cannot, and the deviation is discovered at the port instead.
