Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern all quotations and contracts between Sino East Steel Group (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) and the customer. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are FOB Tianjin/Xingang, CFR or CIF as agreed, and exclude import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.

3. Orders and Specifications

Orders are confirmed after written specification approval (standard, grade, size, quantity, destination port). Production starts only after order confirmation and, where agreed, advance payment.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are T/T, L/C at sight, D/A, D/P and O/A for long-term partners, as confirmed in the quotation.

5. Production and Delivery

Production lead time is 15–25 days after specification confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to shipping schedules, weather and port conditions.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Goods are inspected at the factory before loading. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV may be arranged at the customer’s cost. Claims must be raised within 14 days of arrival at the destination port, supported by inspection reports and photographs.

7. Documentation

Every shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, port closures, government actions and shipping disruptions.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation; failing that, through arbitration in China.
