Every consignment from Sino East Steel is produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and independently audited by SGS and TUV Rheinland. This page documents the standards, certificates and inspection procedures that back every shipment to Russia and the CIS.
Certificates We Hold
- ISO 9001:2015 — International quality management standard covering production, inspection, packing and export documentation.
- Verified Gold Plus Supplier — Independently audited by SGS / TUV Rheinland for production capacity and export reliability.
- EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) — Issued with every shipment, showing heat numbers, chemical composition and mechanical test results.
- Certificate of Origin — Prepared for smooth customs clearance in the EAEU.
- Third-party inspection — SGS, BV or TUV pre-shipment inspection available at the factory or destination port.

Traceability
Every item is traceable to its heat number through the Mill Test Certificate, from the original steel input to your warehouse. Batch records remain on file after delivery, giving your quality department and customs broker full documentation for every consignment.
