Substrate Grades per EN 10346
Galvanized coils are specified by substrate grade and coating class. For Russian processors the most common combinations are:

Coating Classes
Coating class is the second decision. For ductwork, profiles and roofing in Russia, Z180–Z275 covers most applications; Z100–Z140 is used for interior parts; Z300+ for agricultural and coastal environments. Heavier coatings add corrosion protection but reduce formability slightly — your supplier should confirm the coating weight (triple-spot test per EN 10346) on the batch certificate.
